SALLY HAYNES
CEO & Executive Producer
Sally is a multi-award winning TV producer with mainstream, quality, ground-breaking drama at the heart of her ethos.

She is responsible for multiple dramas that have succeeded at home and internationally and combines creativity with a strong commercial instinct.
As a Senior Executive Producer in the newly-formed BBC Drama Series and Serials Department, Sally was responsible for innovative and ratings-busting shows including Cutting It, Canterbury Tales, Blackpool, and the much-loved global hit, Bleak House, which was Golden Globe and Emmy-nominated, and winner of BAFTA and RTS Best Serial.
Sally joined ITV as Controller of Drama in 2007 and commissioned a string of quality channel-defining shows as varied as Lost In Austen, Primeval, Wuthering Heights, Whitechapel, Above Suspicion, My Boy Jack, An Englishman In New York, DCI Banks, Endeavour, Vera, The Suspicions Of Mr Whicher, Scott And Bailey, and Mr Selfridge.
Most notably in 2010 she was responsible for spearheading the commission of ratings juggernaut and multi-award-winning global phenomenon Downton Abbey, alongside BAFTA-award-winning Appropriate Adult and Broadchurch.
In 2013 Sally co-founded Mainstreet Pictures as co-MD with Laura Mackie, launching with the BAFTA-award-winning Unforgotten. In addition, she has executive produced the hugely popular domestic noir Gold Digger, supernatural thriller HIM, comedy drama Age Before Beauty, and sitcom I Want My Wife Back.
Sally is now CEO of Mainstreet Pictures, working alongside MD Guy de Glanville on the next phase of popular, compelling drama series and serials.
GUY DE GLANVILLE
Managing Director & Executive Producer
Guy is a BAFTA award and RTS award nominated Producer with 25 years of extensive production and editorial experience in the Film and Television industry.

Guy began his career as an Assistant Director and spent nearly a decade as a leading First Assistant Director, working on feature films and high-end television drama – with numerous credits on award-winning dramas, including The Musketeers, Mr Selfridge, Doctor Who and Spooks.
Guy began working with Mainstreet Pictures as a freelance producer in 2014 and has gained numerous producer credits across the last decade. Progressing from Line Producer and Co-Producer to Series Producer and Executive Producer, working on all of Mainstreet Pictures output - whilst also developing projects with other independent companies for streamers including Netflix, Peacock and Amazon Prime.
Most notably, Guy produced series three, four and five of the multi BAFTA award-winning series Unforgotten for ITV – with series four being watched by 10 million viewers and receiving BAFTA and RTS award nominations for Best Drama Series. Guy was also an Executive Producer on series five and six of Unforgotten – with series 5 being the number one programme on ITV and ITVX in 2023. Guy also produced Age Before Beauty and I Want My Wife Back, both for the BBC - and was an Executive Producer on Gold Digger for the BBC.
Guy joins Mainstreet Pictures in the full-time role of Managing Director and will continue to serve as Executive Producer on all of the company’s output alongside CEO and Executive Producer, Sally Haynes.
OLIVER FRYER
Business and Legal Affairs Executive
Oliver is an experienced Business and Legal Affairs executive, with 25 years’ experience in the Film and Television industry.

Having started his career with specialist law firms, Oliver now has multiple production credits with a variety of UK producers in the development, production, and exploitation of scripted content for UK and international broadcasters.
These credits range across production companies including Clerkenwell Films, Dancing Ledge, New Pictures, New Regency, Moonage, Disney, and BBC Studios.
Oliver has been working with Mainstreet since the beginning, and has provided production legals across Mainstreet’s entire output. During this time, he has assisted with negotiation and contracting of talent, as well as broadcaster and distributor deals.
MATT JONES
Finance Director
Matt is a seasoned film and television finance executive, with over 30 years’ experience in the sector.

For many years, Matt ran a successful agency offering bespoke outsourced FD solutions to start-ups and established indies. Prior to this, Matt worked in production for fifteen years, beginning his career in-house at the BBC, before moving into the independent sector to manage productions across a variety of genres.
Matt has worked with Mainstreet Pictures for around eight years, initially as a consultant before coming in house as part time Finance Director. Matt has oversight of all aspects of company and production finance at Mainstreet. He manages a team of staff and freelance colleagues, delivering internal and external reporting to a variety of stakeholders.
Away from Mainstreet, Matt works as Finance Director on premium documentary and scripted comedy output.
MADELEINE NURRISH
Development Coordinator
Madeleine is an experienced Coordinator, having worked in TV and Film production for over 13 years.

Having spent several years in-house at Disney, Madeleine started her freelance Production career at Mainstreet Pictures as an Assistant Coordinator, on the second series of Unforgotten.
After working on a number of drama series, including Kudos’ The Tunnel and Humans, Madeleine returned to work on Mainstreet’s impressive roster of programming, including Gold Digger and further series of Unforgotten, in a Coordinator role.
Alongside her work in TV, Madeleine has several film credits, her latest being on Netflix’s Matilda: The Musical. In the last few years, Madeleine moved from Production into Script Editing, working on Unforgotten 5.
More recently, Madeleine moved into development, and is now working alongside Mainstreet Pictures as their Development Coordinator on various projects. Among other responsibilities, Madeleine liaises with the Managing Directors, reviews scripts, and prepares pitches for Mainstreet.
SHELLEY GALE
Company and Production Accountant
Shelley is a Company and Production Accountant with 10 years’ experience in the finance department.

Before making the move into production accounting and company finance, Shelley worked as a Production Manager, building a varied credit list both in the UK and the US, mainly in factual television.
Shelley spent several years working with Wild Pictures, where she was Company and Production Accountant on a range of factual programming, before joining Mainstreet in 2021.
At Mainstreet, Shelley looks after day to day bookkeeping, banking, sales and purchase ledgers, VAT and payroll. Additionally, Shelley is responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts, which involves liaison with ITV Studios, and with external Production Accountants. Shelley also liaises with external auditors to prepare responses to audit requests.
